The Senior Technology Specialist is a customer aligned relationship resource with the following core responsibilities:
1. Gather a 360° customer Insight profile, incl. IO, IT and Application Platform, and the Competitive landscape.
2. Build Trusted Technical Relationships with the TDM, in particular with the CIO, CSO, CTO and their direct reports.
3. Drive Deployment and Adoption Strategy, and orchestrating Technical Resources from delivery for Execution.
4. Initiate Growth by Competitive Displacement, by building a qualified competitive pipeline, initiating capability-led conversations, Axxend engagements, and leveraging the Account Planning process.
Min. Education: Masters Degree
58 years of related experience,
Bachelor degree is required
Complex sales training, sales methodologies (equivalent to MSSP),
Broad evangelism through events (presentation skills),
Effective marketing tactics
Experience in an environment where customer contacts and knowledge are leveraged to prospect opportunities within assigned accounts.
Combination of business acumen and IT Infrastructure expertise to understand how customer business issues impact their IT environments.
Project and/or opportunity management expertise.
Experience making presentations to IT executives.
Ability to solve complex problems and present the problems and their resolution in a clear and concise fashion.
Experience in Enterprise technology sales quota responsibility and account development, planning and profiling strategies.
Working effectively within a virtual team, taking strategic direction from opportunity owners and considering inputs from team members.
